pun intended…lol!
we are leaving in a week and i will be away from my stampin and scrappin for over 2 months so to keep me sane and my fingers working i am preping to do all my christmas cards on the road. all 100 of them alike this year!!! i do not have room to tak a lot of stuff so i am preping before we leave so i can get at it comfortably in the trailer.
i know it is early in the year to be makin christmas cards but i am a procrastinator and usually late in getting them up to canada so this year i am going to do them while i am there.
so here it is…the warren family 2009 christmas card!!!

paper: old olive dsp, baja breeze, chocolate chip & real red

i was trolling splitcoast lastnight and got a little inspiration! i love that!!! Seems like i had hit a dry patch there with {hubster} being home (not complaining)!!
i had my monthly stamp club girls here on thursday and it may have helped a little to get the brain in create mode again!
this first card is one of the projects we made. yes i know i used pink but that is just because {missy} wanted to use the raspberry tart papers and it looked best like that…lol

there will be no picture of paper crafts or kids sports in this post…just a fair amount of love and compassion and gratefulness for my {hubster}. i don’t think i have ever said anything bad about him on here and if you want {hubster} bashing right now this is not the post to get it from. 
i listened to an audio book recently called “the proper care and feeding od husbands” by Dr. Laura Schlessinger. all i can say is wow wow wow!!!! this book can save a marrige in deep trouble. my marrige is not now or has it ever been in trouble but this book is powerful enough to make an already {fabulous} marriage so much stronger. i feel so much love and gratitude for my {hubster} right now….i think i must be the luckiest woman on the planet.
{hubster} loves me for who i am and not what i can or cannot do and for my looks or anything trivial. he loves {me}.  how many wives can honestly say that? i can!
he works hard for me and the kids and spends way too much time on the road but he does it for us. i don’t know exactly what it is he does out there but i know he does it with all that he has. i know that he puts 100% into it. i also know that i don’t have to worry about {us} when he is away like a lot of women do.
he wants to spend time with us all the time and if there is something myself and the kids want we usually get it. just today for insance {mel} was here and as she was leaving he noticed her {bigshot} and asked what it was and when i told him he remembered that a few weeks ago i said that i would like to have one so he told me that the next time i put in a stampin’ up!© order that i could get one!!! wow right!!!
i love you baby and i am so blessed to have you in my life!

{hubster} and i are just lovin the dual workspace in the new studio/office. he is workin on his rc trucks and i get to play as much as i want to…lol. gotta love that huh?!?!

my cousin {brandon} is getting married this weekend and what kind of person would i be if i never sent them a card. i have never met his bride to be yet but she is a lucky woman. i hope to meet you soon {april}.

is sock monkey not the cutest thing ever?!?!?!
i am loving this little guy! i have the stamp set with accessories, a hat and slippers on the way…lol. he is simply adorable!
so mel was over the other day and we were having way too much fun with the bigshot. we mad a few little boxes and while {hubster} was building his rc truck tonight i thought i would play a little more with the scaloped envelope die.

i water colored the monkey and used a piece of wire as a string for his balooooon…lol
